To create our Spiced Vanilla Sugar, we blend cinnamon, mace, nutmeg, cardamom and allspice and mix it with our hand-made vanilla sugar. Just like our other spiced sugars, it’s a great flavourful replacement for regular sugar in all sorts of baking and dessert situations. This Spiced Vanilla Sugar is also particularly well-suited to sprinkling on cereal, porridge or toast. And it’s a great way to fancy-up your whipped cream for pies and hot holiday drinks!

Ingredients: white sugar, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, cloves.
