Muslin bags are perfect for dishes where you want to add herbs or spices during cooking but you don't want to have to fish them out afterwards. This is particularly true for tough and inedible spices like bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, clove and large ginger pieces, to name a few. Great for soups and stocks as well as hot drinks like mulled wine. Our muslin bags are 2.75 x 4 inches and are sewn flat with a drawstring. They are made of 100% unbleached cotton.
