A bouquet garni is a traditional French herb bundle that is used to flavour stews and slow-cooked dishes. It’s usually made of fresh herb sprigs tied together with string, but a mixture of dried herbs tied up in a bag works just as well. Our bouquet garni contains bay leaves, thyme, parsley, marjoram and lovage. It’s just the right blend to bring a warm, woodsy flavour to your dishes.
We sell this blend in packages of three or six pre-bagged bouquet garni sachets.
