Dried onion lacks the pungency of fresh, but it is a great time-saver and is an easy way to add onion flavour to soups, sauces, spice blends and other cooking. We offer dried onions in four sizes: chopped, minced, granulated, and powdered. The minced onions can be re-hydrated by soaking them in warm water for a few minutes. Granulated and powdered onions are useful for getting onions past kids and other picky eaters, as you can add onion flavour without onion texture.
