Our Ginger-Sesame Asian Seasoning brings together the key flavours of Chinese cuisine in a blend that works well both during cooking and on the table. It contains garlic, onion, ginger, black and white sesame seeds, orange peel, licorice root, pepper, salt and raw sugar. Use it on pan-fried chicken, in a stir fry or on barbeque skewers. The flavours can dissipate with long cooking, though, since it’s designed for food that’s cooked hot and fast. So be sure to keep some ready to season the dish just before serving.
